Working with Jenifer was such a pleasure! Moving from out of state, it was extremely valuable to work with an Agent that knows the area so well. It took so much stress off of our plate to be able to refer to her on decisions and get advice. She was extremely responsive and was very easy to communicate with. She also found us a beautiful rental in our budget right in downtown Annapolis within 24 hours, and within 48 hours we had signed the lease! She was able to get us in for a viewing of the property before anyone else, even though the Landlord had received over 40 inquiries. During the viewing, she asked all the right questions that I was too distracted to ask, and was able to lower the pet fee by almost 20%! My family and I just recently moved back to Northern Virginia. We have just gone thru a 'short sale' and could not be happier. Richard and his associate, Susan Taylor, really know what they are doing. Once we listed our property as a 'short sale', they took over the process, staying on top of things with the bank. They kept us informed on everything. They dealt with the bank the whole way. We had just two calls from the bank. they handled the rest. We met Richard by calling him on one of his 'for sale signs. He responded right away.
